Mum-Kini operates from Florida, United States. This notice describes information handled through our website, newsletter, purchase links, and support channels.

Information you provide

When you submit our Kit newsletter form, you provide your first name and email address to receive the free resource and Mum-Kini emails. When you email us, we receive the message, your email address, and any details you include. For purchase support, we may use your order details to locate and resolve the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive health information.

How we use information

We use signup information to deliver the requested resource and newsletter, and enquiry information to respond and provide support. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email. Necessary purchase or support messages are separate from newsletter subscriptions.

Digital purchases

Purchases take place on Kit's hosted checkout. Payment details are entered with the checkout provider, not in a Mum-Kini payment form. We may receive purchaser and order information needed to fulfil or support a purchase. Review the notices presented at checkout for payment-provider practices.

Technical information and providers

Hosting and external services receive connection information such as IP addresses, browser information, and requested URLs. The website uses Kit signup and checkout, Google-hosted fonts, and our WordPress blog service. Social links take you to their respective platforms. These services process information under their own policies; see Kit's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.

Cookies and signup consent

We remember your cookie choice for 30 days. The embedded Kit signup form stays off unless you accept optional signup services. Cookie acceptance does not itself subscribe you to email. Read the Cookie Policy or change cookie settings.

Accessibility preferences

If you use the accessibility tools, display choices are saved in your browser using localStorage under mumkini_accessibility_v1. The widget does not transmit these settings to Mum-Kini or infer medical information. They stay until Reset Preferences is used or browser storage is cleared, not just for 30 days. Retention and security

The 30-day preference duration is not a deletion schedule for subscriber, purchase, or support records. Retention for those records depends on their purpose, support needs, provider arrangements, and applicable legal requirements. No website or email service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can unsubscribe from emails, change cookie settings, or contact us about access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your email address. We may need to verify a request and retain information where necessary for legal or purchase-support purposes. Available rights depend on the law that applies to you.
