How to Return
Get Authorization: Fill out the return request form within 3 days of receiving your items to get an authorization number. Email us at info@mum-kini.com for help.
Return Window: Send back items within 30 days of delivery. Late returns may have a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, we provide a free UPS return label.
Fees and Exceptions
Restocking Fee: A 20% fee applies to refused, unclaimed, or customer error returns, plus shipping costs.
Nonrefundable Items: Cosmetics, undergarments, and hosiery cannot be returned. If returned, a 20% restocking fee applies.
Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Options
Choose a refund to your original payment method or a credit code (excludes shipping costs) after we inspect your returned items.

Only one return is allowed per order.
