Mum-Kini Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Mum-Kini for your fashion needs. We are dedicated to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we provide options to return items for a refund or a credit code.

Return Conditions:

  • Authorization Required: Returns must be authorized by Mum-Kini. Please request an authorization number by filling out the return request form within 3 days of receiving your items. You can contact us at info@mum-kini.com for the form and further assistance.
  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns received beyond this period may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Fees: Refused, unclaimed, undelivered orders, or returns due to customer error will incur a 20% restocking fee plus all freight charges.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. But if you received free shipping, Once approved, we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label to ship us the item back to our shipping location.
  • Single Return Authorization: Only one return is authorized per order.
  • Non-Delivery Claims: Issues regarding non-delivered packages must be reported within 30 days of the order date.

Refund Options:

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, you have the option to receive a refund to your original payment method or a credit code for the total cost of the items, excluding shipping costs.

Sale Category:

All items purchased from the sale category are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Nonrefundable Items:

Returns of cosmetics, undergarments, or hosiery are not accepted. If such items are returned, they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Policy:

  • Domestic Shipping Rates: We offer shipping via First Class or USPS Priority. The rates are:
    • 1 item: $7.50
    • 2-3 items: $9.50
    • 4-5 items: $11.50
    • 6-7 items: $13.50
    • 8-9 items: $15.50
    • 10 or more items: $17.50

International Shipping:

Currently, we only ship within the US and do not offer international shipping. We will notify our customers when international shipping becomes available.
